UI/UX Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to align on project goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to clearly communicate your ideas.
Design high-fidelity, responsive interfaces in Figma across multiple devices and browsers.
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design consistency.
Promote design thinking and user-centered principles across the team.
Stay up-to-date with trends in visual design, UI patterns, and usability best practices.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, relevant portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma — including components, design systems, and prototyping.
Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
Ability to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
